1 General Description and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between newcity and the user of its services ("you" or "user"). These Terms apply to the newcitylogin.cam website and all related services.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

newcity offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — only then can funds earned from the bonus be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To become eligible to withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after a bonus is granted, the bonus will be cancelled. There may be a maximum stake limit for betting with bonus funds, and the bonus may not apply to certain games or bet types.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions

All bets are considered valid only after they have been confirmed. If a technical issue occurs before a bet is confirmed, that bet will be considered void. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Casino Service Terms

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or technical error.
